Job Summary

LOCATION: This role is located onsite in Roseau, MN. Relocation is required.

You will:

• Install subsystems, parts, and components into a vehicle on a moving assembly line
• Perform checks and inspections to ensure Polaris quality standards across all products
• Utilize various power tools, hoists, and production equipment to build products

Job Qualifications:

• Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work overtime on weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
• Ability to stand throughout duration of your shift and bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat as required

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon-Thu | 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM
• 12-Hour Rotating Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Base Pay

• $21.38 - $22.68/hour

Top Out Pay

• Up to $26.54/hour with verified relevant experience

Bonuses

• Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (for candidates relocating 100+ miles)
• Referral bonus up to $2,000
